No. It's 100% web, works in any browser. A native mobile app for iOS and Android is on the way.

Yes. We act as your commercial agent (a model accepted under art. 3 PSD2), collect on your behalf and settle to you via SEPA. You sign an agency contract when you sign up.

Default policy: >72h before, full refund. 24-72h, 50/50. <24h or no-show, deposit to the artist. Configurable to your liking from Setup.

No. We handle the online payment (card and Bizum) and settle to your IBAN via SEPA. You only need your bank account: no card terminal of your own or Stripe account.

No, only on the collected deposit (between 0.5% and 2.5% depending on the plan). You manage the total tattoo price yourself as before, outside the platform.

You do. We are only the intermediary for collecting the deposit. You issue the invoice to your client from MindTattoo with your tax details.

Yes: 14 days on any plan, no card. After 14 days your account switches to Free automatically.

Yes, without losing data. If you upgrade we prorate the rest of the month. If you downgrade, the change applies from the next cycle.

No. It's free forever, up to 50 bookings/month. It has an area in your dashboard with affiliate recommendations (it does not show ads to your clients).

Yes. Invoices and expenses export to PDF/Excel, and there's sync with Google Drive for your accountant. Tax forms 303/130/390 generated automatically.

Yes, two-way sync. Any change in MindTattoo appears in your Google Calendar and vice versa.

Yes, REST with the /api/v1/ prefix. Available on Pro and above. Documentation at developers.mindtattoo.app (under construction).

Only you and the studio members you invite. As a provider we only access it for express technical support requested by you.

Servers in the European Union (France). We comply with GDPR. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest for sensitive data.

You have 30 days to export everything. After 30 days we delete your data except what the law requires us to keep (invoicing, tax).
