Instagram, support tracking and annual billing

Your Instagram messages come into MindTattoo, your support questions stop getting lost, and now you can pay yearly with two months free.

  • New Instagram inbox inside Messages: receive and reply to your DMs without leaving MindTattoo, alongside your WhatsApp ones.
  • Improved Clients you've already handled are separated from new messages; if a client writes again, their conversation reopens on its own and notifies you.
  • Improved You see unread messages directly on your home panel.

Google Calendar and visual schedule

Your MindTattoo schedule and your Google Calendar finally talk to each other. And studios can see all their artists' calendars on a single screen.

  • New Two-way Google Calendar sync: what you create in MindTattoo appears in your Google Calendar, and what you have in Google appears in your schedule so nobody books over you.
  • New Studios can connect several calendars at once (including the ones their artists share) and assign each to an artist.
  • New You can choose which calendar your appointments are written to when you work in several places.
