v0.15.0 Current

Tienda, tu web diseñada por IA y un asistente que te ayuda

Todo lo que vendes en un mismo sitio (Tienda): tarjetas regalo, tienda online y, en estudios, el cobro en mostrador. Además, la IA diseña tu web entera a tu gusto y tienes un asistente dentro de MindTattoo y en ChatGPT.

  • New Tienda: productos, tarjetas regalo, pedidos y tu web en un solo sitio. En los estudios incluye el Mostrador (el antiguo TPV) para cobrar en el local.
  • New Tarjetas regalo: tus clientes las compran en tu página pública y reciben el código por email, o las vendes tú en el estudio. Se canjean desde la cita y se descuentan de lo que queda por pagar.
  • New Tienda online: vende tus productos en mindtattoo.app/tu-nombre/tienda con recogida en el estudio o envío. Te llega cada pedido, y tu cliente recibe un aviso en cada paso (preparando, enviado, listo, entregado).
  • Improved Cada venta de tarjeta regalo o pedido online emite su factura sola, y las condiciones de venta (con los 14 días de desistimiento) se generan con tus datos.
  • New Asistente dentro de MindTattoo: pregúntale por tu agenda o tus huecos, pídele que cree o mueva citas (siempre con tu confirmación) o que te ayude a configurar la cuenta.
  • New Conecta ChatGPT a tu cuenta desde Configuración: consulta tu agenda, busca huecos libres, prepara respuestas a tus solicitudes y gestiona citas desde ChatGPT. Nunca ve datos sensibles de tus clientes.
  • New Modo «IA libre»: la IA crea tu web desde cero, sin plantillas. Composición, tipografía, colores y animaciones a tu medida.
  • New La IA crea imágenes para tu web (portadas, texturas, ambientes) cuando hacen falta o cuando se las pides.
  • New Webs con vida: galería que se amplía al pulsar, carruseles, textos que aparecen al bajar, cintas en movimiento, comparador antes/después, menú para móvil y más.
  • New Imágenes de referencia: sube hasta 3 capturas de webs o fotos que te gusten y la IA se inspira en ellas.
  • New Pide cambios hablando («haz la portada más oscura») y vuelve a cualquier versión anterior con un clic.
  • Improved Tus trabajos, el botón de pedir cita, tus artistas y tus productos salen siempre con datos reales: la IA no inventa precios ni opiniones.
  • Improved Webs seguras y sin rastreadores: no cargan código ni contenido de terceros.

Consultations, client portal and more control for studios

Consultations become a booking type, your clients get their own account and studios can manage their artists' bookings.

  • New Consultations as a booking type, including video calls. Your public page can accept consultation requests.
  • New Reference photos and final design on every booking, from creation or from the booking page.
  • New My account for your clients: they see their bookings, consent forms and deposits in one place.
  • New Healing follow-up: an email to the client on days 7, 14 and 30, from Automations.
  • Improved New «Scheduled» status and a dashboard reminder to close bookings that have already happened.
  • Improved Automations now start switched off: you decide what is sent to your clients.
  • Improved Studios you work at that don't use MindTattoo can be chosen as the booking location.

Collect the deposit online and MindTattoo splits it automatically between artist and studio according to your contract.

Google Calendar and visual schedule

Your MindTattoo schedule and your Google Calendar finally talk to each other. And studios can see all their artists' calendars on a single screen.

  • New Two-way Google Calendar sync: what you create in MindTattoo appears in your Google Calendar, and what you have in Google appears in your schedule so nobody books over you.
  • New Studios can connect several calendars at once (including the ones their artists share) and assign each to an artist.
  • New You can choose which calendar your appointments are written to when you work in several places.
