Why MindTattoo exists

Almost every management SaaS for services is designed for clinics, gyms or salons. Tattoo artists end up using a spreadsheet, Excel + Notes + Instagram DMs and a notebook.

MindTattoo is built on one clear principle: respect how the tattoo artist already works. Clients get in touch however they want. We only organise what needs organising: schedule, deposits, tax.

We build MindTattoo iterating with real tattoo artists. Every feature you see exists because someone told us "this is what makes me lose two hours a week". Nothing is added just to inflate the pricing page.

How we think about the product

• ✓ We don't replace your relationship with the client. You talk to them wherever you want. We just organise what comes before and after the conversation.
• ✓ Zero features you don't use. If a block doesn't add value, you turn it off. There's no "menu of 200 modules".
• ✓ Honest pricing. A real Free plan forever. If you move up to Pro or Studio it's because it saves you more time than it costs, not because we limit you artificially.
• ✓ Your data is yours. You export everything whenever you want. No vendor lock-in: our invoices, briefs and schedule come out in open formats.
